Cassandra Fameux was accompanied by social worker Linda Wenzel from Lansing, MI,-based Community Mental Health (CMH) to the Meridian Township, Okemos, police department on September 10, 2024 where she filed a criminal complaint alleging her husband anesthesiologist Dr. Paul Gregory St. Claire and a colleague at the University of Michigan Health, psychiatrist Dr. Dominic Barberio, allegedly “poisoned” her with antipsychotic drugs from 2014 to 2023. After investigating the allegations for six months on April 10, 2025 Det. Ian Mandernack’s police report ends with the statement “Forward to the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office seeking a charge of domestic assault against Paul Gregory St. Claire.” Prosecutor John Dewane declined to authorize an arrest. This is the type of evidence jury needs to see which I provided in my answer to Dr. St. Claire’s amended complaint via my previous counsel.
