So on June 22, while completing responses to discovery questions from Dr. Greg St. Claire’s defamation lawyer Chris Newberg, I discovered that all e-mails I had exchanged with Jessica Larson–which Newberg requested in discovery–had been deleted. I contacted and informed the FBI, and also told my previous counsel to let Judge Morgan Cole, who is presiding over the Dr. St. Claire defamation case in Ingham County 30th Judicial Circuit Court know, hoping for expanded time as the discovery was due June 24, 2026.
On June 26, I went to 26 Federal Plaza FBI I headquarters in New York City and filled out another complaint form and was provided an e-mail and physical mailing address for submission. Later that day, I discovered that I e-mails I had exchanged with Newberg himself had also all been deleted. I followed up with another complaint as shown in this e-mail message to the FBI. Of course I don’t know who was responsible for the breaches, but I do know they are criminal.
This is the kind of evidence a jury needs to see.
I’m not aware of previous counsel informed the court but I understand that Judge Cole granted Dr. St. Claire’s default motion.
